All Sales Final / Price Lock: Due to the nature of our products/market volatility/custom production/etc, all prices are locked in at the time of order confirmation. Orders are binding upon placement and payment. All sales are final, and you are not entitled to cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds unless we explicitly agree otherwise. This is at our sole discretion and in rare cases only.

Cancellation Fee: If we agree to cancel an order at your request, a minimum cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value will apply to cover market risk, administrative costs, and potential losses. This fee is non-negotiable and will be deducted from any refund issued.

Restocking/Exchanges: In the event we do agree to accept a return or exchange, we reserve the right to charge a restocking/processing fee. You may also be responsible for any market loss, customers are responsible for all shipping costs and other associated expenses.

Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any order (in whole or in part) at our sole discretion without penalty, including due to pricing errors caused by market volatility, product unavailability, or other reasons. In such cases, we will refund any payments in full.
