We use track and trace with signature required courier services to safely deliver bullion across NZ. We will email you Track and Trace information when your order ships so you can monitor your parcel movements.
Identification maybe required.

If you are not home to sign for your bullion the courier is not required to ring you (they may do so out of courtesy), best to ring them first with your tracking number and schedual a time that you will be home to sign for it or arrange pickup from the Courier Post depot nearest to you.

Please show the courier depot personnel your ID and sign for the parcel when you retrieve it from the courier depot.

We make no guarantees as to how many days it takes to ship your parcel to you, but endeavor to ship as fast as possible considering variables such as covid-19 restrictions, number of orders in dispatch queue, items on back-order, courier pickup and delivery schedules and delays, etc.

No shipping occurs during the period from December 20th until January 10th annually due to disruption of the global supply chain and other variables.
